With over 40 years’ experience in sales, operations, IT support, marketing and customer service, combined with a rich management, technology and academic background, I am a strong communicator; thriving on embracing new concepts, ideas and technology while still working through the basic nuts and bolts.
My experience ranges from being CEO of a technology retail chain, to operations management, consulting to and with large corporates, running the Australia/NZ region for a listed UK e-commerce group, IT support and management for various small and medium businesses, e-learning initiatives and consultancy. More recently with the growth of working from home and micro-businesses, I have been providing regular sessions to individuals who need an objective and experienced sounding-board to keep them on track with their work.
I believe that a hands-on objective approach is the best way to grow the performance of individuals and businesses, so that’s the way I operate. If you are looking for a consultant who knows all the current buzzwords but has done very little, look elsewhere. But if you need some proactive business, organisational or project acumen, then I just might be your astute choice.
